Llamas For Sale

Sun Valley Llamas has a number of llamas for sale. We have sold llamas to individuals throughout the United States including California, Oklahoma, Georgia, Arizona, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri and Illinois. Prices of our llamas are very reasonable. Pet and guard quality llamas start at $500. Female llamas start at $1,000 and can go as high as $5,000. Some of our female llamas can be purchased with a breeding to one of our outstanding herd sires. A live birth guarantee is offered with our bred females.

Please let us know if you see another llama on our website site that is not on our sales list as the llama may be available for purchase.

"Blessing" is such a doll! She has fabulous silky fiber, outstanding personality and flawless conformation. This gal is just turning old enough to show and she will be unstoppable in the showring, just like her sire, LJF LoGunn and grandsire, Lucchese. Blessing's excellent pedigree makes her a desirable addition to any herd. We are very hesitant to put her on our sale list. Like her mom, we may change our mind on selling Blessing but we have cria coming so we need to make room. However, don't be surprised if I decide I just can't part with her. "Cuenta" is the daughter of ALSA Halter Champion, Lucchese. She is a pretty grey and white silky paint and has alot going for her. This gal has style and presence and she is from the famous E-Line. Cuenta has never been in the showring but comes from an award winning line of llamas. Cuenta delivered a beautiful female cria, SVL November Blessing last year (see above female). We are very pleased with the quality of this girl and we really do not want to part with her or Cuenta but we have cria arriving this spring so we need to make room. Cuenta is currently bred to Pamero, a beautiful full Peruvian stud. Due date is November 2008. Cuenta has been removed from the sales list...we decided her first baby was so nice we wanted to keep her upcoming baby!

Dollie" is a proven female with flowing fiber and style that catches your eye as soon as you look in the pasture. She is a wonderful mama llama and just a great gal. Her grandsire is the exceptional DDL Dream Catcher. Dollie consistently placed at the top of her class before she became part of our breeding program. Dollie has produced several exceptional offspring, Sir Lancelot, Bodacious and Picasso (see photos below) and all offspring have been sold as juveniles. Dollie is bred to Kobra's Thunderbolt, our silky, bone bone and wooly half argentine stud. Due date is April 2009. Dollie is microchipped.

Llana has a wonderful temperament like her mother Note' Bene and silky fiber like her sire. Llana will not be available to leave the farm until the end of October as she is still nursing. "Kobra's Thunderbolt" is a half argentine stud and possess the outstanding characteristics of the magnificent Argentine llamas. He has a robust build, heavy bone, an abundance of black silky fiber, wonderful disposition and awesome feet! Thunderbolt carries many of his famous sire's traits, Argentine Kobra as well as GNLC Catman, who stunned the llama world with a $175,000 high bid at the first Celebrity sale in 1989. Thunderbolt is very easy to work with and has performed well in the showring. Thunderbolt is only on the sale list because he is related to our herdsire, Dare to Dream. This is an opportunity to get an outstanding herdsire that also has a wonderful disposition....my 3 year old grandson and him are best friends!
